All sales are governed by our below terms and conditions. All prices are in Australian Dollar (AUD) (currency converter).

NOTE: All products sold by Lashious are to be used by trained professionals only. We will not be responsible for the misuse of our products. You are solely responsible for the purchased product(s) and its use as well as your own safety. MSDS/SDS is available on request.

We reserve the right to refuse sales and service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Pricing:

We make every effort to provide you with the most accurate pricing, however, mistakes do occur, and we must reserve the right to make corrections, adjustments, and/or changes without notice.

Shipping & Order Processing:

All goods will be shipped via Australia Post or a suitable provider of our choosing. Once payment has been received, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours, excluding on weekends and public holidays. For Express shipping, please allow 1-3 days for delivery within Western Australia, 2–5 days east coast of Australia, and 7–20 days for outside of Australia.

We will provide a tracking number for all shipments, excluding orders using the free shipping coupon.

Delivery Confirmation & Tracking:

All orders placed with Lashious are subject to the customer agreeing to these terms and conditions.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and your package is returned to us you will be charged $20 per package for re-delivery within Australia and $35 for International. For customers who wish to cancel their returned orders, a 20% re-stocking fee will be payable. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Lashious will not be responsible for any lost shipment due to incorrect addressing by the customer.  All  Express orders are shipped with a tracking number. By placing an order with us, you agree to use the shipping company’s tracking and delivery information as the final determinant in assessing whether or not your package was delivered.

Free Shipping does not include tracking.

Back Orders:

In the event that an item is sold out, our online store will allow you to place backorders for it. Back-ordered products will be shipped at our expense as soon as they become available. Back-ordered items may take up to 4 weeks to ship out.

Returns & Refunds:

We will only accept returns if the item arrives defective, damaged or not as you have ordered. No returns or refunds will be given on adhesives, lashes, kits or products that have been opened.

You must contact us by email prior to returning any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 72 hours of receiving your order. Videos or photographs of the damaged/defective product is required. We will then ask you to return the product if it was damaged/defective. Once we receive the returned item, we assess it to determine whether a replacement or refund will be applied to your situation.

Please give us the opportunity to respond if you are not happy with your order or a product, and we’ll endeavour to work it out with you.

International Orders / Customs Duties:

Each country is different. Please check with your country’s Customs office about import duties before ordering. We are not responsible for any customs duties charged by your country, nor do we collect such charges for your country.

Product Care:
The Buyer acknowledges that exposure of products sold by us to high and low temperatures, humidity and sunlight may cause damage to the products and may make the products unsuitable for use. We will not be responsible for damages caused by exposure and incorrect storage.

Products sold by Lashious must be used with great care by trained technicians to prevent accidental injuries, especially when performing work near an individual’s eyes.

Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration in Perth Western Australia.
