All goods will be shipped via Australia Post. Once payment has been received, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 1-2 workdays for Express Post within Western Australia, 2–4 workdays east coast of Australia, and 10–25 days for outside of Australia.
Tracking is available for all Express Post shipments within Australia and a number of International destinations (NZ, US, Canada, some part of Europe and Asia).

Back Orders:
In the event that a product is sold out, our online store will allow you to place a “Back Order” for the item. Back Ordered products will be dispatched as soon as they become available and may take 1 to 4 weeks to ship.
International Orders:
We are not responsible for any customs duties charged by your country, nor do we collect such charges for your country. Each country is different, please check with your country’s Customs Office about import duties before ordering.
