We are an online store only and is not affected by lockdowns. Orders are dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries within Australia are unaffected, though delays of a few days should be expected… Stay safe everyone!
UPDATE: Australia Post has experienced significant increases in demand across their network and is therefore experiencing some delays and service interruptions in certain areas. This means that deliveries to some areas have been delayed by several days and that their usual scanning process has been suspended/intermittent, making tracking orders more confusing and difficult than usual.
All goods will be shipped via Australia Post. Once payment has been received, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 1-2 workdays for Express Post within Western Australia, 2–4 workdays east coast of Australia, and 10–25 days for outside of Australia.
Free glue shipping (please use coupon “LashiousRocks”) could take around 2-3 weeks within Australia. We no longer provide this free shipping method for international orders due to unacceptable delays. We do not recommend using this method during the pandemic.
Tracking is available for all Express Post shipments within Australia and a number of International destinations (NZ, US, Canada, some part of Europe and Asia).

Back Orders:
In the event that a product is sold out, our online store will allow you to place a “Back Order” for the item. Back Ordered products will be dispatched as soon as they become available and may take 1 to 4 weeks to ship.
International Orders:
We are not responsible for any customs duties charged by your country, nor do we collect such charges for your country. Each country is different, please check with your country’s Customs Office about import duties before ordering.
